More Restaurant Charges…Pizzas

Pizzas are used for catered events, but when charging for this many pizzas, who is keeping track that pizza is for paid guests and not for everyone…? Pizza charges for $15 or less happen sporadically. Are these for catered events or for staff? Other expenses like Chipotle for $12.58 in Oak Brook, Starbucks for $12.16…for individuals?

This one includes pizza, but a Steam Coffee for $6.45, Jersey Mikes for $20 and $295.40?
